Use Your Words. How To Ask For Everything

When I am asked...how do I ask my partner_________?  Or how can I tell my partner that I don't want to ___________?  My answer is always...use your words.  It seems like the simplest phrase, but many of us were not taught how to use our words to express our needs, wants and desires.  We were not taught how to express our dislikes in a way that was clear and conscise.  We did not learn how powerful our words can be in negotiating, and especially as a woman.  It is said, that when a man says no, the conversation is over.  But when a woman says no, the conversation is just starting.
