My group coaching experiences are designed for individual, couples or throuples who are already in, or committed to, ethical non-monogamy and are ready to do the inner and relational work to make it feel good – not just “allowed.”
Each group is small, confidential, and focused on one thing: giving you practical tools, honest guidance, and a grounded space to actually implement what you have been reading, watching, and talking about.

90-Minute Group Coaching Session for ENM
Jealousy is not the enemy of your open relationship – but the way you try to handle it might be.
Maybe this sounds familiar:

One of you feels constantly triggered, anxious, or “less than” when your partner dates or sleeps with someone else.

The other feels guilty, defensive, or shut down because they do not want to give up ENM, but they also do not want to hurt you.

You have listened to podcasts, watched videos, and read books, but in the moment you still freeze, explode, or shut down.
You are not looking for permission to stay miserable.
You are looking for a grounded space to understand what jealousy is really asking for – and to respond in a way that honors you, your partner(s), and your choice to live ethically non-monogamously.

This group is for you if…
You (solo or as a couple, throuple) are:

Ready to take responsibility for your own triggers, patterns, and nervous system, instead of only blaming your partner.

Willing to be honest, coachable, and respectful in a small group space.

Solution-minded: you have had enough of “we keep having the same fight” and are ready to do the work to change it.
This group is not for you if:

You want me to convince you ENM is right or wrong for you.

You are secretly hoping your partner will go back to monogamy and you do not plan to engage with the work.

You want a place to vent about how horrible your partner is without any interest in examining your own patterns.

You are not willing to respect confidentiality and guidelines in a group space.
What we cover in 90 minutes
Every Jealousy Reset session is live, interactive, and designed to be a grounded space where you can tell the truth and practice new ways of responding.

What jealousy actually is (and is not) in the context of ENM

How your nervous system, attachment style, and past experiences shape your triggers

The difference between a boundary, a rule, and a request in open relationships

Guided exercises to help you:

Identify your “jealousy stories” versus what is actually happening

Clarify your personal needs for safety, reassurance, and autonomy

Practice grounded communication, instead of panicking or shutting down

Live coaching:

2–3 volunteers receive hot-seat coaching from me

You learn from others’ real situations, even if you are not coached directly

Integration and next steps:

Concrete practices to use over the next 2–4 weeks

How to keep the conversation going in your relationship without it turning into the same old argument
