Taylor K. Sparks, also known as Mariposa, is a Sex Goddess, Erotic Educator, and Ethical Non-Monogamy Coach with over 17 years of personal and professional experience supporting individuals, couples, throuples, and quads as they navigate, expand, or transition into ENM. Certified in both Human Behavior and Holistic Aromatherapy, she brings a unique, culturally informed, and radically honest approach to relationship transformation and sexual wellness.
Taylor is the founder of OrganicLoven.com, one of the largest BIPOC-owned online intimacy shops, offering organic intimate body products, body-safe sex toys, sex-positive books, sexual health seminars, and private adults-only luxury vacations. She is also the creator of the Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) Quiz, author of An African-American Guide to Ethical Non-Monogamy, and the accompanying workbook designed to help people explore their authentic love styles with confidence.

With a 12-year background in corporate training, Taylor also brings powerful facilitation skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Management and Leadership. She has trained business teams nationwide, specializing in DISC personality assessment tools for improved interpersonal dynamics.
In addition to her coaching and education work, Taylor has expanded her offerings with several new creations designed to support and inspire those exploring ethical non-monogamy. She launched the Ethically Open Collective, a bold lifestyle merchandise brand celebrating ENM culture and community, along with the Ethical Non-Monogamy Quiz, which helps individuals and couples gain clarity on their journey. She also created the Say It Like You Mean It digital conversation deck and companion Conversation Starter Guidebook, both filled with thought-provoking prompts to spark deeper connections, honest dialogue, and meaningful growth.
