Return Policy - We Want To Satisfy You!

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our products beyond the point of sale. Unopened, non sex toy products can be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:

  • Return authorization number
  • Original receipt
  • Packing slip
  • All original packaging

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Items sent back without the return authorization number, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

A return authorization number may be obtained by emailing Organic Loven by Morning Indigo at - support@organicloven.com. Please write the return authorization number on the packing slip. Our customer service representative will provide you further instruction on sending your merchandise return to Organic Loven.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Organic Loven Gift Cards
  • Product samples
  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)

While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please contact our customer service department to start the exchange process.

SEX TOY RETURNS

As you know, sex toys are a very personal and intimate item.  We also know that everybody's body is...well different.  We also know that while one toy is fantastic for one person, it is quite disappointing to another.

We want you satisfied in every possible way, but returning a used sex toy is...well...yucky.  Who are we going to re-sell it to?  It is a hygiene issue for us and you!! 

If you receive a *sex toy that you absolutely can not achieve satisfaction with, we can offer you a store credit for the cost of the toy, minus shipping costs within 30 days of purchase, if the toy has not been opened.  We are a small company, wanting to satisfy you in a big way.  Please contact our customer service department at: support@organicloven.com stating the reasons for your 'return' and we will assist you within 24-48 hours.  Thank you for understanding.

*Does not include Liberator pillows, shapes or throws. Does not include toys over $100.00.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If upon receipt you realize that you have received the incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct item. Please contact our customer service department within 2 weeks of receiving the incorrect item at: support@organicloven.com informing us of what item you were supposed to receive and we will gladly exchange the incorrect for the correct item. We will assist you within 24-48 hours.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Organic Loven at support@organicloven.com and our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with an exchange. 

If your item has proven to be defective, we will exchange it.  We will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you may return your item.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange as some items ship directly from our distributor or the manufacturer. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

After an order is placed the processing starts the same day.  If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us right away and we can check to see if it has shipped.  If it has not been shipped we can cancel the order and submit your refund request.  Orders usually cancel within 24 hours and refunds will be issued within 1 - 2 business days.
