Return Policy — We Want You Satisfied

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction beyond the point of sale. Because many of our products are intimate in nature, returns and refunds must follow the guidelines below to protect customer safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

If you have questions at any point, contact us at support@organicloven.com. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for any return.


1) Return Authorization Required (All Returns)

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

To request an RA, email support@organicloven.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)

If a return is approved, we will provide:

  • Your Return Authorization (RA) number

  • Return instructions and the correct return address

Important: Items sent back without an RA number may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


2) Eligible Returns (Unopened, Non-Intimate Items)

Unopened, non-intimate, non–sex toy products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when accompanied by:

  • RA number

  • Original receipt/confirmation

  • Packing slip

  • All original packaging and inserts

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or verified defect/damage).

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the return is received and inspected.


3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Product samples

  • Individual products purchased as part of a set (unless the full set is returned where eligible)

  • Wearables and body-contact items (see Section 5)

  • Opened/used intimate products, including sex toys (see Section 4)


4) Sex Toys (Hygiene Policy + Store Credit Option)

Sex toys are personal and intimate products. For health and safety reasons, used or opened sex toys are not eligible for return or refund.

If a sex toy is unopened and in like-new condition, we may offer a store credit under the conditions below:

Store Credit Eligibility (Sex Toys):

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unopened, in like-new condition, with all original packaging, seals (when applicable), manuals, and accessories

  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before shipping anything back

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for credit or refund

Policy limitations: Store credit does not apply to:

  • Liberator pillows, shapes, or throws

  • Toys over $100.00

5) Wearables & Body-Contact Items (Non-Returnable)

Items such as wrist/ankle cuffs, body harnesses, body jewelry, nipple clamps, clitoral clips, nipple pasties, tattoos, and similar body-contact products are not returnable due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Exception: If you received the wrong item or the item arrives damaged/defective, see Sections 6 and 7.


6) Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, contact support@organicloven.comwithin 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • The item you received

  • The item you expected

  • A clear photo of the item and packing slip (if available)

Once verified, we will correct the issue with an exchange or replacement and provide instructions. An RA may be required.


7) Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Shipping cartons may show wear; however, if your items arrive damaged, contact support@organicloven.com within 7 days of delivery.

If an item is confirmed defective, we will offer an exchange or replacement according to manufacturer/distributor guidelines. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label only after verification and once return instructions are issued.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchanges, as some items ship directly from our distributor or manufacturer.


8) Product Updates & Discontinuations (Substitutions)

Occasionally, a manufacturer may discontinue or update a product or change packaging without notice. In those cases, OrganicLoven.com may fulfill your order with the most current version of the same product line or a substantially similar item with equal or improved functionality and quality.

These substitutions are considered properly fulfilled.

If you have questions about a substitution upon receipt, contact support@organicloven.com within 7 days of delivery.


9) Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Processing may begin the same day an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact support@organicloven.com immediately and/or call at: 866-978-2111.

  • If the order has not shipped: We can cancel and submit your refund request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.


10) Cancellations After Shipment (In-Transit Orders)

Once an order has shipped or entered the carrier network, it is considered in transit and cannot be canceled like an unshipped warehouse order.

If you request cancellation after shipment:

A) Carrier Intercept / Return-to-Sender (Not Guaranteed)

If possible, we may request a carrier intercept, hold, address correction, or return-to-sender. Carrier intercept services are not guaranteed and may not be available for every shipment. Carrier fees (if any) may apply.

B) Refund Timing for In-Transit Cancellations (Protects Both Sides)

To prevent a refund being issued while the package still completes delivery, refunds for in-transit cancellations are issued only after return is confirmed, defined as:

  • Carrier tracking shows “Return to Sender,” “Refused,” “Intercepted,” or an equivalent return status, or

  • The package is received back by our distributor/warehouse

If a shipment is delivered and not returned/refused, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a cancellation refund.

C) Refusing Delivery / Unopened Returns

If delivery is attempted and you no longer want the order, you may refuse delivery (where permitted) or return the package unopened with an RA. Once tracking reflects the first return/refusal scan, we will process the eligible refund according to this policy.

Shipping fees, including expedited shipping, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


11) Refunds & Credits — Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Store credits (when offered) are issued as OrganicLoven.com credit

  • Refunds/credits are processed after the return is received and inspected (or after carrier-confirmed refusal/return in the case of in-transit cancellations)

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider; most refunds post within 1–5 business days
