How do I track my order?

All items on organicloven.com usually ship within 1-2 business days of the purchase date, weekends exempt. To receive more information on the estimated shipping time of your product, please view the "Product Details" listed on every product page. You can also email us at: support@organicloven.com

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number for your shipment.  Please note that shipping times and carriers will vary depending on the carrier.


Does Organic Loven have a physical store?

Organic Loven is an online destination for socially conscious brands that give back. We currently do not have a brick and mortar store. We operate through the virtual world only.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. Once you have received a shipping confirmation, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your purchase.

If you wish to return the item once it has been received, please reference our return instructions to send back your item. Our Customer Care Agents are happy to help!
